The Meet and Greet Services was very good. I was a bit nervous when I dropped my car off. It was raining hard and in the rush I didn't take the papers from the guy who picked up my car. I was a bit worried that I'd given my car to a total stranger and would never see it again. I needn't have worried. On our return, I called the number on the business card the guy had given me when we were waiting for our luggage, and when we got outside to the meeting point, the car was waiting for us - with the engine nicely warmed up. On return, we received a courtesy enquiry of our progress while in the baggage reclaim hall. After a bad experience several years ago at Gatwick with a meet and greet Company, I have always been wary of using such a service again. However, with the cost of a taxi being around £65 return, and the meet and greet for the 5 days being over 20 pounds cheaper, after reading excellent reviews about GoSimply.com, we decided to book with them. We booked the service for 5.15am and called just before 5am while on the M1. The Assistant was already in the designated area waiting for us, and after checking over our car, that was it.. Done.. hassle free. Same standad of service on the return jouney. I am extremely fussy and my pet hate is poor customer service - this company excelled. Forget the rumours about meet and greet operators - used them now 4 times without any problems whatsoever. The car was there waiting for us on our return, nice and warm. We were met on arrival exactly as we were promised, very efficent handover, details taken very quickly and we were in the airport in less than 5 mins. All for £3 more than the long stay car park charge. Certainly worth every penny.
